In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help support timely responses to security-related concerns. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely routing of security-related information to on-site personnel and leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support appropriate follow-up and detailed incident reporting.
• Maintain logs, activity reports, and dispatch records related to site operations, visitor activity, deliveries, and/or security-related events within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while helping to observe operational conditions, access points, and unusual activity in a manufacturing location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
