This opportunity is based on a Maintenance Technician career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.5+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or machine repair experience.Strong troubleshooting skills involving CNC equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components.Working knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery independently.CNC machine tool technician experience is a plus.Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Job DutiesPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.Conduct routine machine inspections and ensure proper lubrication, fluid levels, and equipment cleanliness.Read and interpret electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and mechanical drawings.Coordinate maintenance schedules with production supervisors and managers.Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.Follow all safety procedures and environmental compliance requirements, including spill response protocols.Assist with general facility maintenance and other duties as assigned.Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
