Speech-Language Pathologist
Reports to: Building Principals and Superintendent
Employment Status: Full-time
Qualifications: ASHA certified with State of Michigan License, Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech and Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), will consider CFY. Other certification may satisfy eligibility to be employed in this position as determined by Lakeview Community Schools.
General Description: Provide speech and language services for students within the district of Lakeview Community Schools. Assessment of students, participation with ER (Eligibility Recommendation) and IEP teams, planning and implementing therapy in 1:1, small group, and classroom settings. Consulting with parents, teachers, and other special education staff members. Developing IEP's based on individual student needs and aligning to the general curriculum. Maintaining data and complying with IEP policies and deadlines. Candidate must interact well with children. Knowledge of trauma informed practices preferred.

Salary and Benefits: Per LEA Contract & credit for prior experience
