PT Manager/Supervisor Angie Bowles OTR-supervisor
Rehab Aides: PTAs 1 PEDIATRIC PTA
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling Block scheduling) 4 10 hour days Mon-Thur 8 am - 6pm. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE YOUR OWN PATIENTS with blocked time for IP evals and documentation
Weekend Requirements only very occ weekend on call
Holiday Requirements None
Scrub Color/Dress Code scrub or business casual
Department specific orientation first week
