Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and ensure effective delivery across development teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Scrum principles and a basic grasp of technical concepts to facilitate effective communication among cross functional team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Guide teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Monitor sprint metrics, including velocity and burndown charts.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Ensure teams follow Agile values, principles, and the Scrum framework.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of basic technical concepts (APIs, version control, cloud, etc.).
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification.
• A background in software development or IT is a plus.
