Role Description This full-time Content Creator role is a hybrid position based in Waller, TX, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. The Content Creator will develop and produce a variety of marketing assets, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, email campaigns, and other digital content tailored to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching industry topics, collaborating with the marketing team and clients to understand goals, planning content calendars, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. The role also involves optimizing content for digital platforms, assisting with visual asset coordination, and tracking performance metrics to refine future content. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Utilizing Adobe software to create marketing materials for customers, including brochures. Create social media posts, graphics, and content. Conduct background research on industry-relevant topics Use web-based platforms to design websites (coding not required but a great bonus) Transforming customer content into usable content for social media posts, videos, infographics, presentations, publications, and webinars Work closely with upper management to develop creative content for clients Report performance based on defined key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign experience Social media knowledge – LinkedIn specifically Strong written communication and copywriting skills Photography and/or videography experience. Adobe Premiere Pro skills are preferred. Web design experience (development and coding not required); SEO knowledge preferred Creative self-starter with the ability to complete self-directed work independently 1-3 years of work experience.
