Solidunderstandingofthehealthcaretechnologylandscape;RTLSorMedTechexperienceishighlydesirable. ProvenexpertiseinAgilemethodologies;CertifiedScrumProductOwner(CSPO)orequivalentcertificationpreferred.AbilitytoworkwithinaPhaseGateprocessforNewProductDevelopment. Demonstratedabilitytoleadmulti-disciplinaryhardwareinitiativeswithaprovenrecordofachievingprojectmilestones. Experienceinterfacingwithclinicalprofessionalsandtranslatingclinicalworkflowsintoactionableproductrequirements. Abilitytoconductproductdemosandconveysolutionvaluetoleadershipandotherstakeholders. Persuasivecommunicationskills,executivepresence,thoughtfulstakeholdermanagement,andpolishedpresentationskillswithaglobal,cross-culturalperspective. Abilitytomakedate informeddecisionsinambiguoussituationsandbalanceshort-termneedswithlong-termstrategy. Willingnessandabilitytotravel(25- 35%)tocustomersitesacrossNorthAmericatocapturedirectfeedbackandensurealignmentwithfieldrealities.
