Shift Details
Day shift required
8-hour shifts required
Providers may remain up to 10 hours until cases are complete
Weeknight pager call required
Weekend pager call required
Shift model: 8-hour day shift followed by beeper call

Requirements
Board Certified
MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an approved anesthesia residency
Active New York medical license

Required Procedures / Skills
General anesthesia
Orthopedic anesthesia

Assignment Details
Assignment type: Supplemental (temporary)
Duration: 13+ weeks
Number of providers needed: 3
MDs supervise CRNAs
MD to CRNA ratio: 1:4
MDs do not perform their own cases during the day
MDs perform their own cases when on call
Number of anesthesia rooms: 4
