HATCHERY CDL DRIVER
Basic Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a class A CDL License
- Have at least 1-year verifiable driving experience.
- No felony convictions on his/her criminal history record for the past 10 years.
- No violent crime convictions, inclusive of misdemeanors, on his/her criminal history.
- No serious nature of accidents or DOT recordable accidents.
- Not have more than 3 occurrences on MVR in 36 months and not have a DUI/DWI conviction within 7 years.
- Not have a positive or adulterated controlled substance result, or a breath alcohol confirmation result of 0.00 or above.
- Must be able to drive a manual shift truck
- EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-trip inspections
- Driver is responsible to load and unload chicks which involves operating a moffett and manually pushing and pulling of loaded rolling pallets
- Make sure fans and ventilation are working properly
- Truck should be unloaded, washed, and disinfected by end of each day
EGG TRUCK DRIVER – This position is responsible for delivering empty racks and picking up full racks from the breeder farms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick up eggs from each grower farm twice a week and keep consistent schedule for each farm
- Driver is responsible to Load and unload egg buggies which involves pushing buggies on an incline of lift gate of trailer
- Must be able to push/pull up 100 lbs on level and/or incline
- Make sure reefer and ventilation are working properly
- Truck should be unloaded, washed, and disinfected by end of each day
