We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Billing, Collections & Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping others while keeping accounts accurate and organized.

What You'll Do

• Process medical insurance claims and electronic billing.
• Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and insurance balances.
• Manage patient account collections with professionalism and compassion.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with billing questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, referral sources, physicians, and insurance companies.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
• Assist with general administrative and office duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Medical billing or collections experience preferred (DME experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate).
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
• Reliable, positive, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
