Responsibilities for Warehouse Technician

Maintain accurate inventory of supply and products
Supervise and mentor staff
Hire, train and provide development opportunities for staff
Develop inventory staff schedule
Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory
Ensure a safe working environment
Make recommendations to leadership about improvements in inventory life cycle
Minimize inventory loss by incorporating best supply chain practices

Qualifications for Warehouse Technician

Experience in an inventory role, preferred
CPIM certification, preferred
Experience training, coaching, and mentoring
Able to use a computer and other office technology
Knowledgeable of inventory software
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment
Good communication skills
