Position Overview

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm in Colorado to find a highly qualified Contract-to-Hire Attorney. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney looking to transition into a permanent position with a leading legal firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and representation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on various legal matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies and ensure compliance with legal standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations relevant to client cases
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
• Manage case files and documentation efficiently and accurately
• Assist with other legal tasks as needed by the firm

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in the state of Colorado
• 10-13+ years of experience in civil litigation (construction or business)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience in handling a diverse caseload and managing client relationships

$72-$96/hr.
