We're hiring a full-time evening Resident Assistant to join our Health Services Department. In this role, you'll support older adults with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and meals-always with respect, kindness, and a focus on honoring their independence and choices .

What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping residents with personal care (eating, grooming, bathing, dressing)
• Supporting a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment
• Building real relationships and making someone's day, every day

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Day shift or Evening shift weekends required
• DAY shifts available (6:15am - 2:30pm)

  • Friday - Monday (2 position open)
• EVE Sh ifts available: (2:15pm-10:30pm)
  
  
  • Sunday - Thursday (2 positions)
  • Friday - Monday (4 positions)
• NOC Shifts available: (10:15 pm- 6:30 am)

  • Sunday - Thursday
• Starting Pay: $18.07-$20.87/hr. (DOE)
• Shift Differential: + $2.00/hr. for evening, weekends, or NOC
• Full-Time Position with Benefits

What You Need:

• Be at least 18 years old
• A heart for helping others
• minimum 6+ months continuous caregiving experience
• Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team
• CPR/ 1st Aid certified a plus!
