Strategic Sourcing Specialist
The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will drive supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and influence key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies
- Lead supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract activities
- Build strong supplier partnerships focused on cost, quality, and service
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and market trends
- Drive cost savings and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze spend data and supplier performance to support business decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or purchasing
- Proven supplier negotiation and strategic sourcing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and distribution operations
Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
