Job Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license required; IMLC eligibility accepted
• DEA registration required
• Board certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care or ICU experience required
• Experience with central lines and arterial lines preferred
• Must be able to work full-time within a 7-on/7-off night shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU coverage for admissions and consults in a busy inpatient setting
• Collaborate with the on-call backup physician and multidisciplinary critical care team
• Deliver high-quality patient care for a diverse adult inpatient population
• Support efficient patient flow during night shift coverage in the ICU
• Perform advanced procedures when appropriate and within scope of practice
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the Cerner EMR
• Contribute to a supportive, high-acuity environment focused on patient-centered care
