Controller

My client, a growing specialty contractor is hiring a Controller. As the Controller you'll be responsible for providing strategic management of the accounting and finance functions. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Develop and manage financial controls
• Prepare monthly and annual operating budget
• Payroll Processing
• Establish and implement financial controls
• HR Best Practices
• Staff development

The ideal candidate for this Controller role will have a BS degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 5 years accounting experience with at least 3 years in a management role. You will need to be a self-starter, with strong analytical skills and have the desire to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. This is a highly visible role, reporting directly to ownership.
