Details Outpatient PT clinic setting located within an athletic club facility Primary patient population is orthopedic, with variety typical of a small community hospital Opportunity to assist with acute inpatient care if applicable Caseload of approximately 12 patients per day on 10‑hour shifts Schedule is four days per week, Tuesday through Friday, with an 8:00 AM start time No weekend or holiday coverage required Charting is performed in Meditech Department‑specific orientation begins on day one Requirements Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required Outpatient PT experience required; acute inpatient experience is a plus Active Oregon PT license required for this assignment (license required if applicable) Active BLS certification required; pending certifications will not be accepted Active state license required at time of consideration; pending licenses will not be accepted 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire A copy of a valid driver's license is required for consideration Additional Information The PT team consists of 10 physical therapists, 5 occupational therapists, and 2 speech‑language pathologists, supported by rehab aides (no PTAs on staff) Business casual attire required; denim is not permitted Candidates who have been directly employed (full‑time, part‑time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit or CHI/Dignity‑affiliated facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates placed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered Benefits Premium medical, dental, vision and life insurance beginning day one of your assignment Generous 401(k) match Substantial housing stipends 24/7 support American Traveler Job ID #P-728201.
