In this full-time position, you will have the flexibility to provide essential mental health services to a diverse client base, utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct effective therapy sessions and assessments.

Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting via telehealth, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort and safety of your own home. The flexibility of remote work promotes a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that our therapists can make a meaningful impact through virtual sessions using advanced telecommunication platforms. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual consultations, identifying patient needs and creating personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy during online sessions with individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Facilitate online psychoeducational and support groups, cultivating a sense of community while addressing common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention services through telehealth, equipping clients with immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources through effective communication.
\n
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing actively to professional development initiatives.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to enhance the quality of care provided to patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance abuse issues. You will be pivotal in supporting clients through their journeys towards better mental well-being, utilizing an empathetic and culturally competent approach in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele in various settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Commitment to adhering to ethical standards and professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and the ability to efficiently utilize technology in a remote work context.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in a remote or telehealth capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
