Client Experience Representative

In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients and Financial Representatives, providing solutions, resolving inquiries, and delivering a best-in-class service experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Financial Representatives, resolving questions and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
* Take ownership of customer interactions by proactively identifying solutions and preventing repeat calls or unnecessary transfers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.
* Educate clients and Financial Representatives on website functionality, online tools, and self-service resources.
* Demonstrate strong de-escalation skills when addressing customer concerns and service-related issues.
* Manage inbound calls and transactional responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
* Process casework and transactions accurately while balancing multiple priorities.
* Research complex issues utilizing available resources, systems, and tools to identify effective solutions.
* Collaborate with team members and business partners to improve processes and the overall client experience.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Adapt to changing priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, client support, call center, financial services, or a related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and de-escalate customer concerns.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
