Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active GA or compact state RN license (LPN licenses are not accepted for this role)
• Recent experience with stepdown or progressive care patients
• Proficiency managing telemetry, ventilator-dependent patients, complex wound care, and administering drips such as norepinephrine and dopamine
• Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:4-5
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (no local travelers)
• Strong assessment skills and rapid response experience are highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients with acute and complex medical needs
• Monitor and manage telemetry, ventilator support, and advanced IV drips
• Administer wound care, observe for complications, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide prompt, skilled interventions in rapidly changing situations
• Ensure thorough, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Educate patients and families for positive health outcomes
