The Work
You will step directly into high-profile, complex commercial disputes, handling matters before Delaware's most prestigious business venues:
- Chancery & CCLD Exposure: Manage substantive litigation within the Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD) of the Superior Court.
- Core Litigation Ownership: Drive the engine of the case. This means spearheading sophisticated legal research, drafting high-level pleadings and dispositive briefs, and taking a meaningful role in case strategy and courtroom execution.
- Complex Disputes: Work across a diverse docket of high-value corporate advancement, governance, contractual breach, and commercial friction points on behalf of a strong institutional client base.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $205,000 to $225,000 , commensurate with experience and class year.
