Job Description:

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
• Enjoy 36 patient-facing hours a week with time for professional growth
• Lab and imaging services available nearby for convenience and comprehensive care
• Empanel patients quickly and become an integral part of the healthcare team
• Join an after-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led environment
• Lead and contribute to the development of patient care strategies, participating in UCHealth's mission to provide world-class care
• Work in a dynamic environment that pushes the boundaries of healthcare innovation
• Help foster UCHealth's commitment to making healthcare better and more accessible in the region

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary Range: $257,000-$286,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: Eligibility for up to $20,000
• Productivity Bonus: Generous, based on wRVUs generated
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $24,000 ($1,000 per month for 2 years)
