Your sales directly contribute to earning commission and bonus income.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.Qualifications:Self-starter who is interested in a business development track and eager to learn what is takes to build and grow a successful agency.Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independentlyEffective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external partiesStrong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detailCompensation: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per monthDo you want a career and not just a job?We are a growing agency with big dreams and lots of potential.
