BDC Sales Representative

Johnson Motors is looking for a phone/internet specialist to work in our Business Development Center in New Richmond, WI. This position offers excellent income potential along with career advancement opportunities. We offer a professional working environment with continuous training and performance excellence as a team member. The Business Development Center Representative is responsible for lead management activities in support of the company's sales and service goals. Don't worry: NO COLD CALLING! Career Responsibilities:
Salary Description
$40,000-$60,000 Per Year
- Drive traffic for the sales and/or service departments by coordinating appointments for prospective customers by:
- Handling incoming calls
- Following up on guest visits via phone and email
- Responding to online requests
- Following up with past customers
- Sell/Inform customers on the reasons to visit our dealerships.
- Forward ANY customers concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.

- Must have excellent communication skills (pleasant phone persona, verbal/grammatical skills along with a clear speaking voice)
- Must be comfortable with computers, typing, and technology systems.
- Submit to and successfully complete background check.
- Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.
- Dealership experience preferred but not required.
- Call Center experience preferred but not required.
