Quick Facts Location: Rowlett, TX Start Date: 07/23/2026 Duration: Ongoing/Per diem Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts Hours/Week: Variable based on scheduling Employment Type: Locum Licenses/Certifications: Texas medical license, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Preferred minimum 1-2 years in obstetrics/gynecology Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $214.50/hr Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide OB triage, admissions, and attend deliveries Conduct inpatient care and see unassigned patients Cover OB floor and respond to GYN ER consults Assist with cesarean sections and fetal monitoring Collaborate with neonatology and maternal-fetal medicine specialists for high-risk pregnancies Participate in emergency response in labor and delivery Support private call coverage and surgical assists as needed What You Need Valid Texas medical license Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN At least 1-2 years of obstetrics and gynecology experience Strong skills in labor/delivery management, fetal monitoring, and emergency response About the Assignment Join a team providing exceptional women's health services at a leading facility in Rowlett, TX.
