Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with ARRT licensure and required certifications for a 14-week contract at an academic medical center in Kentucky.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab setting at an academic medical center
• 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Late call required once per week (5:30 PM – 7:30 PM)
• One full call shift per week (5:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 1–2 call weekends per 6-week schedule (Friday 5:30 PM – Monday 7:00 AM)
• Epic EHR and McKesson required; Philips Single and Bi-Plane Angiography experience preferred

Requirements

• Active KY ARRT (Rad Tech) license required before start date; pending license acceptable at time of consideration
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• PALS required — must be obtained before start date
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Proficiency with Epic EHR and McKesson required
• Experience with Philips Single and Bi-Plane Angiography preferred
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• An EKG onboarding exam is required
• Candidates whose permanent residence is within 100 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission — RTO requests made after submission will not be approved
