Hydraulics Technician

We are seeking a motivated Hydraulics Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the installation, service, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems and components used in heavy-duty equipment and truck builds. This position is ideal for candidates with hydraulics, electrical, or welding experience who are detail-oriented and eager to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems and components
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on hydraulic and electrical systems
• Assist with assembly and fabrication processes as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure accurate installations, repairs, and quality workmanship
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hydraulics, electrical systems, welding, or related trades
• Basic shop math skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Good hand dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Technical certifications in welding, electrical, or hydraulics are a plus, but not required

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting
• Exposure to shop noise, welding, and grinding smoke at times
