This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, optimizing plant processes, and driving operational excellence.Responsibilities:Lead daily production, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality performanceManage production schedules and warehouse activities to meet customer delivery requirementsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, housekeeping, and operational standards throughout the facilityHire, train, coach, and develop production and warehouse employees while managing attendance, scheduling, and performance mattersMaintain appropriate staffing levels to support production and operational objectivesDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost reductionLead and support supervisors, engineering personnel, and warehouse leadership teamsCoordinate production and shipping schedules with supply chain teams to ensure on-time customer fulfillmentPartner with maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability, performance, and uptimeCollaborate with quality and technical teams to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsMonitor workflow, labor utilization, and plant capacity to optimize operational performanceDevelop employee training programs and support workforce development initiativesTrack and report key operational KPIs and performance metricsEnsure compliance with ISO standards and manufacturing quality systemsSupport operational budgeting, planning, and strategic improvement initiativesPerform additional plant operations and leadership duties as assignedRequired Experience:Proven experience within chemical manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, process manufacturing, or similar production environments requiredMinimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience within a management role requiredStrong experience leading production, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operationsKnowledge of process safety, manufacturing operations, and production management principlesExperience driving continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational excellence initiatives preferredStrong leadership, coaching, employee development, and team-building skillsDemonstrated success leading organizational change and operational improvement effortsStrong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExperience working within ISO-certified manufacturing environments preferredFamiliarity with process controls, data analysis, and manufacturing systems preferredAbility to work within industrial manufacturing environments and support 24/7 operationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field preferredBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid Time OffRetirement savings planProfessional development opportunitiesSalary: $145K-$155K
