Job Overview Full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed in Jacksonville, Florida. Provider will serve women, men, pediatric, acute, chronic patients; manage physician‑patient follow‑ups, hospital follow‑ups, and wellness exams. Must be proficient in EMR. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
