Digital Product Ops & Enablement Analyst

Product & Enablement Specialist
Duration: 6+ months Compensation: $60 - 70/hr W2 Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid on-site 1-2 days/week) Seeking a Product & Enablement Specialist to support portfolio operations, backlog management, and team enablement activities across a digital product organization. This role will help maintain operational processes, drive reporting and insights, and support scalable product delivery practices.
Responsibilities:
- Support portfolio operations, backlog governance, and product enablement activities
- Maintain product planning tools, reporting, and operational processes
- Develop dashboards and insights to support decision-making and prioritization
- Manage Airtable-based workflows and portfolio tracking activities
- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, visibility, and scalability
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Operations, Business Operations, or Product Enablement
- Experience supporting backlog management, portfolio tracking, and delivery processes
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience working with product or operational data
- Experience using Airtable or similar portfolio management tools
- Strong organizational, process improvement, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience supporting digital product organizations preferred
