NWN Portfolio DirectorThe NWN Portfolio Director is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of a portfolio of strategic accounts within a defined geographic region. This role owns Services P&L performance, account profitability, delivery excellence, and growth strategy across all programs and projects within the assigned portfolio. The Portfolio Director operates as the senior Services leader for assigned accounts, partnering with Sales, Delivery, and Customer stakeholders to drive business outcomes, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand services engagement.Accountable for Services P&L performance across assigned portfolio of strategic accountsOwns account-level forecasting (contracted and pipeline) and ensures accuracy of revenue and margin projectionsOversees portfolio-level delivery performance, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and customer outcomesDrives margin improvement through cost optimization, resource alignment, and proactive risk mitigationLeads growth strategy, including upsell and cross-sell of NWN services within assigned accountsEstablishes and maintains executive-level client relationships and serves as primary escalation pointPartners closely with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Delivery Teams to align strategy and executionLeads quarterly Services Account Reviews leveraging KPI dashboards and performance insightsOversees program governance frameworks, including risk, issue, and dependency management across the portfolioCollaborates with Sales, Legal, and Finance on proposals, pricing strategies, contract structures, and dispute resolutionAccountable for service improvement initiatives, delivery optimization, and customer experience enhancementsActs as Executive Sponsor for Services within assigned accountsManage or oversee direct and indirect resources, including Program Managers and Project ManagersRemote – 80%Hybrid (Client location or Regional Corporate office) – 20%Travel: Yes, occasionalAt NWN, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being in and out of work.
