Job Description: Location: Lawrence, Massachusetts

CoWorx is looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced cold storage environment in the Lawrence, MA area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can keep operations moving while supporting the warehouse team. 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support customer and production demands.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, RF scanning, and WMS transactions.
• Ensure proper product rotation and traceability using FIFO and FEFO practices.
• Support and guide warehouse team members in meeting daily operational goals.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Validate shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy.
• Identify and address inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Partner with production, quality, and transportation teams to support efficient workflow and on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, OSHA, and company standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse projects and responsibilities as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous warehouse leadership experience preferred.
• Forklift and material handling experience required.
• Shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cold storage environment.
