We invest heavily in our team. You will receive structured onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing coaching using proven sales systems designed to help you succeed. Is prior insurance sales experience required? No. We provide all product and sales training needed. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. No. This is a base salary + uncapped commission role with bonus opportunities. What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year? If you follow our process and stay consistent, you can expect to earn at least $70,000 in your first year, with higher earning potential as you grow.
