In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them with a smile and ensuring a smooth experience. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and keeping medical records organized.

You'll be the heart of our front desk, responsible for:

• Greet patients in person and on the phone with a warm smile and professional demeanor
• Schedule appointments efficiently, considering patient needs and doctor availability
• Manage patient flow and ensure the waiting room runs smoothly
• Answer phones, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical charts (HIPAA compliance required)
• Process paperwork and insurance information
• Provide administrative support, such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• The ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively.
• Discretion and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with medical practice management software (a plus).
• A compassionate and understanding nature, with a commitment to patient privacy.
