Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Overview Full Time in Conroe, TX Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic receptionist who can handle multiple tasks and serve as a personal assistant to our senior account managers. We are looking for someone who is energetic, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions. It is important that this individual is willing to go the extra mile to ensure exceptional service to our clients. This position entails being the first point of contact for customers as they enter the office or call in, this person is responsible for warmly greeting and assisting them. Responsibilities Greeting all customers in office Answering all incoming calls and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals Handling minor situations like following up with past due accounts and collecting payments Emailing ID cards to customers as needed Scanning documents and ensuring proper organization Handling various forms of communication, such as emailing and texting Confirming appointments As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
