Fulltime Purchasing AdministratorWe are looking for a Fulltime Purchasing Administrator to join our team. As a purchasing administrator, you will manage and issue purchase orders through our inventory software while maintaining accurate order guides, pricing, item setup, and vendor alignment. Join us as we remember the past, while looking forward to the future.Essential FunctionsManage and issue purchase orders in our inventory softwareMaintain and optimize inventory order guides, ensuring accurate pricing, item setup, and vendor alignmentCoordinate purchasing cycles around event schedules, ensuring all locations are fully stocked for game days and high-volume eventsPartner with warehouse teams to support accurate receiving, inventory counts, and reconciliation of discrepanciesMonitor inventory levels and key product movement to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventoryGenerate and analyze reports on usage, purchasing trends, and cost variances to support operational decision-makingCollaborate cross-functionally with culinary, concessions, and operations teams to align purchasing with menu execution and demand planningAdheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.Other duties as assigned by management.Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
