Process Tech

Process Technician Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Process Technician's and Apprentice's to join a local manufacturer with an immediate opening! This is a great opportunity to put your technical skills to work in a modern production environment as this company utilizes the latest technology and production equipment. This is full time, position on first, second and third shifts. Starting wage is $20-25/hour, based on experience. Essential Responsibilities include: Effectively start up, shutdown, and changeover extrusion lines Performs machine set ups and regulate temperature, volume, pressure, and time settings to mold plastic materials Review each process for optimization and associated documentation of actual process data Troubleshoot molding defects/causes and remedy any issue using a systematic approach to process changes Works independently, efficiently manages time, and uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals What we need from you: 1 year or morerelatedjob experience Mechanical aptitude Able to effectively perform all basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.)
