Customer Experience Representative

To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time Customer Experience Representative in Retention Services will manage customer inquiries and retention efforts remotely, focusing on building relationships and resolving issues to minimize service cancellations. Key responsibilities: Retain customers by identifying satisfaction levels and reasons for service cancellations Build consultative relationships with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues effectively Communicate transparently and provide accurate information regarding products and services Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 0-2 years of relevant work experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with technology and multiple customer service tools Availability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
