Veterinary Technician

Location 1325 Lexington Road, Versailles, KY 40383 Schedule Full-time, rotating Saturdays. Compensation $19 - $23 per hour, based on skill set and experience. Snapshot of the Role Whether you are a seasoned Veterinary Technician or a recent graduate, we want you to use the knowledge and skills you have invested. Responsibilities Collect patient histories and perform physical exams. Perform IV catheter placement and venipuncture. Prepare for surgery, monitor anesthesia, and provide postoperative recovery care. Perform dental procedures and dental radiographs. Maintain patient records. Educate and communicate with clients. Assist with diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic procedures. Administer medications, vaccinations, and other prescribed treatments. Collaborate with veterinarians, fellow technicians, and support staff for seamless patient care. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Plus more!
