TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Greenville, Ohio, 45331!

Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS Must-Have: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Description: This is a high acuity step-down, low acuity ICU unit. The unit serves as the current COVID unit. Ratios are 1 to 2 patient assignments. Charting system used is CPSI - Evident. Shifts run from 7 PM to 7 AM. Weekend requirements include every other weekend. Travelers usually do not work on holidays; this will depend on the schedule and permanent staff availability. Scrub color is royal blue. Expect to float to the Tele-MedSurg unit. One shift of floor orientation will be provided. Common diagnoses and types of patients include: - Sepsis - COPD - DKA - Overdoses - Renal issues - Surgical patients - Respiratory issues PPE supply has been adequate; N95 masks are used for 24 hours and then discarded. An ECG exam will be required on the first day. A cancellation policy allows for the cancellation of one week's worth of guaranteed hours over the contract period.
