Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Are you an experienced forklift operator who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're seeking a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, works well with a team, and has experience loading and unloading trailers, operating forklifts, and using warehouse management systems. If you're safety-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a high-energy operation, we want to hear from you!

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read, complete, and maintain warehouse documentation
• Basic computer skills required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience required
• Previous experience loading and unloading trailers
• Experience using RF scanners, Oracle, or similar warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

• Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and transport materials
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders according to shipping paperwork
• Use scanners and computer systems to track inventory and product movement
• Verify shipments for accuracy and report any product damage
• Perform inventory counts and assist with physical inventories
• Complete forklift inspections and maintain accurate documentation
• Support production by supplying packaging materials and raw materials as needed
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices
• Conduct quality checks to ensure standards are met
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with GMP standards
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and supporting maintenance activities
• Provide coverage for team members during breaks and absences
