This job post is for a new restaurant opening soon! We’re putting together our very first crew, and it’s an exciting chance to be part of the opening ohana. From day one, you’ll help us spread the Aloha Spirit and set the vibe for our guests. Our goal opening date is late March - early April —come make history with us! Position Overview As an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member you'll bring the Aloha spirit to life by providing exceptional customer service. But that's not all - we believe in cross‑training our team members to have a diverse set of skills. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow by working in different positions within our restaurant. Join our team and become a versatile member of our Ohana. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha. Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations. Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates. Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference. Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time. Service roles may include (but are not limited to): Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runners, Drive-Thru (Indoor & Outdoor) and Parking Lot Director. Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Cook – responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
