Overview Rite of Passage Team at San Pasqual Academy is hiring a Student Transportation Officer in Escondido, California. Pay Starting at $19.00 per hour. Benefits Medical insurance starting 60 days of full‑time employment; the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package after 90 days; 403b match up to 6% after 1 year; Paid Time Off accrues immediately. Responsibilities The Transportation Officer is responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, medical appointments, court hearings, extracurricular activities, and community outings. Duties include: Operating agency vehicles in compliance with laws and policies. Supervising youth during transport to ensure their safety and well‑being. Maintaining accurate transportation logs and vehicle inspection reports. Coordinating schedules with staff to support timely and reliable services. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license meeting Rite of Passage eligible driver requirements. Acceptable driving record for the past 3 years. At least 21 years of age. Pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and child abuse registry search. Schedule Full‑time, 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr
