An innovative, well-capitalised organisation in the real estate and supply chain infrastructure space is building a cutting-edge internal platform focused on predictive analytics and AI-driven decision-making. This product is transforming how large-scale investments and asset strategies are executed, with strong executive sponsorship and enterprise-wide visibility.
This is an opportunity to join a newly formed, product-oriented team operating like a start-up within a larger organisation, contributing to a live product already in active use and entering its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:
- Build and scale production-ready full stack applications supporting a predictive analytics platform
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver high-quality user-focused features
- Develop and integrate AI/ML-driven workflows into core applications
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help evolve technical standards across the platform
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to embed advanced modelling into user-facing tools
- Participate in discussions with senior stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives
- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and performance optimisation
- Strong full stack engineering experience (frontend + backend development)
- Proficiency in Python (required), plus Node.js and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Vue or similar acceptable)
- Experience building production-grade applications with exposure to AI/ML-driven functionality
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)
- Product-focused mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders
