Supply Chain Manager Location:Fort Lauderdale, Florida Work Arrangement:Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in office) Company:Blue Sky Utility/NofarUSA Position Summary Blue Sky Utility/Nofar USA isseekinga highly capable and proactiveSupply Chain Managerto lead procurement,logistics, vendor management, and material planning across our growing portfolio of solar and energy storage projects. This role is critical to ensuring that equipment, materials, and services are sourced strategically, delivered on time, and managed cost-effectively to support project execution nationwide. The ideal candidate is hands-on, commercially sharp, operationally disciplined, and experienced in managing complex supply chainswithin the power generation industry, including solar and BESS. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Lead sourcing and procurement of major equipment including solar modules, inverters, transformers, BESS equipment, trackers, racking, and balance-of-plant materials Leadselectionand contract negotiation with EPC contractorsresponsible for delivering turn-key projects. Negotiatepricing, contracts, delivery schedules, warranties, and commercial terms with vendors and suppliers Build andmaintainpreferred vendor relationships to support long-term growth Identifyalternate suppliers and contingency strategies to reduce risk Monitor and implement market conditions, tariffs, pricing trends, and supply constraintsimpactingsolar and storage sectors, ensuring we meet regulatory requirements Logistics& Inventory Management Oversee transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules for domestic and international shipments Coordinate material flow to multiple project sites across various states Track inventory levels, shortages, overages, and critical path items Implement systems for receiving, storage, and field material controls Project Support & Cross Functional Partnership Partner closely with Engineering, Project Delivery, Construction, Finance, and Development teams to align procurement with project schedules Support project budgets through cost forecasting andpurchasingdiscipline Participate in project kickoff and execution meetings toidentifymaterial needs and schedule risks Ensure purchase orders and vendor commitments align with project milestones Vendor Performance &Compliance Manage supplier scorecards, KPIs, and service levels Resolve delivery delays, quality concerns, claims, shortages, and commercial disputes Develop mitigation plans for supply disruptions and long lead equipment Process Improvement & Systems Establish scalable procurement and supply chain processes as the company grows Improve reporting, spend visibility, forecasting, and internal controls Utilize ERP, procurement, and project management systems to drive efficiency Requirements Required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 7+ years of supply chain, procurement, or sourcing leadership experience Procurement experience in utility-scale solar, BESS, or power infrastructure projects Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills Experience negotiating EPC contracts and equipment supply agreements (TSAs/LTSAs) Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment Strong Excel and reporting skills Willingness to work hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, Florida Preferred Familiarity with main energy system components such as transformers, switchgear, inverters, modules, trackers, and major electrical equipment Experience with import logistics, tariffs, and international sourcing Working knowledge of FEOC, domestic content, UFLPA, and AD/CVD requirements Experience procuring equipment for data center or large-load power infrastructure projects Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus What Success Looks Like Successfully optimizing project costs, timetable, compliance Critical materials arrive on time and within budget Vendor relationships are strong and commercially advantageous Projects experience fewer delays tied to supply chain issues Procurement processes scale with company growth Leadership has clear visibility into spend, risks, and timelines This is a hybrid Florida-based role requiring regular in-office presence in Fort Lauderdale to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams. Remote-only candidates will not be considered.
