Immediate openings are available for motivated, outgoing individuals looking to launch a career in customer acquisition, marketing, sales, and business development.
We are seeking Entry-Level Customer Acquisition Associates to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for college students, recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain real-world professional experience.
No previous experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.
What You’ll DoAs a Customer Acquisition Associate, you’ll help support customer engagement, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. Responsibilities may include:
- Engage directly with customers and community members
- Introduce customers to products, services, programs, and promotions
- Build positive relationships through professional communication
- Support customer acquisition and outreach campaigns
- Represent partner organizations at events and promotional activities
- Answer questions and provide helpful information
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals
No prior sales, marketing, or customer acquisition experience is necessary. Comprehensive paid training is provided in:

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, fundraising, athletics, education, or other people-facing roles is a plus, but no experience is required .
