We're looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at community events, festivals, and high-traffic public gatherings.In this highly interactive role, you'll engage adult consumers in a welcoming 'front porch' style environment designed to encourage conversation, product awareness, consumer feedback, and brand affinity. Event Brand Ambassadors create memorable experiences while ensuring strict compliance with age-verification and regulatory requirements.If you've worked in promotions, events, hospitality, retail sales, customer service, fitness, entertainment, or any role where your personality is your superpower, this could be the perfect fit.No tobacco industry experience required, just a great personality, confidence in engaging with people, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.Dates: 7/1/2026 – 7/31/2026Pay: $25 per hourSchedule: 5-6 hours per day, 5 days per week, including potential weekend or holiday shiftsLocation: Travel as needed to local and national events as scheduledRequired: Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportationThis role is perfect for people who enjoy being on the move, meeting new people every day, and getting paid to create engaging brand experiences.We're Looking for Brand Ambassadors Who Are:Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic, with a natural ability to connect with peopleConfident communicators who enjoy starting conversations and building rapportProfessional, reliable, and comfortable representing a premium brandAdaptable and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environmentDetail-oriented and committed to following compliance requirementsPassionate about creating memorable customer experiences and driving engagement#STPHJob Description:Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the brand at community events, festivals, and promotional activationsCreate a welcoming and engaging consumer experienceVerify age eligibility before engaging consumersEducate adult consumers about premium tobacco products and promotionsAdminister surveys and collect consumer insightsDistribute approved promotional materials and couponsAssist with event setup, breakdown, and asset managementMaintain professionalism and compliance throughout each activationAccurately report event results and consumer engagement metricRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable engaging large numbers of consumersAvailability to work weekends, evenings, and special eventsAbility to stand for extended periods and work outdoors when requiredPrevious event marketing, hospitality, promotional marketing, or customer-facing experience preferredPositive attitude and strong work ethic, with a proven ability to embrace challenges and contribute to team successReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseWork EnvironmentThis position requires regular travel throughout an assigned territory and working at community events, festivals, and high-traffic public gatherings.
