Advanced Heart Failure nurses provide care to a highly acute population of cardiac progressive patients in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to advance your knowledge in a highly specialized, rewarding, and mentoring environment. We serve patients with heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction, STEMI, post-cardiac catheterization, cardiac arrhythmias, pacemaker and defibrillator placement, pre-surgical needs, and pulmonary hypertension.
