• Current SLP license in Texas or eligibility to obtain before starting
• Strong background in school settings preferred, but clinical experience also valued
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse student populations
• Ability to design and implement student-specific intervention and therapy plans
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaborative goal-setting

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students needs
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions to students from various grade levels
• Document and track student progress with clarity and accuracy
