Registered Nurse (Rn) – Behavioral Health Urgent Care (Bhuc) Integrated$5,000 SIGN ON BONUSMinimum salary- $36/hourThe Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) Integrated manages medications, screens medical issues, and promotes health in a Tier IV BHUC, engaging beneficiaries in whole-person care for mental health and substance abuse crises.Details: 7pm-7am; 3-4 twelve hour shifts each week (36-48 hours each week)Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Manages meds with providers; administers/documents treatments; screens/monitors side effects (AIMS, nursing assessments).Builds rapport; engages in health promotion/prevention/education; develops med adherence strategies.Coordinates with providers; educates team on symptoms/side effects.Directs/supervises LPNs; supports triage/medical screenings (vitals, emergencies).Documents billable encounters in EMR within 24 hours.Other duties: supports IVC, discharge planning, follow-ups.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position may oversee LPN staff.Qualifications:Must possess minimum of Associate's in Nursing with 1 year experience with serious mental illness.Valid NC/Compact Nursing LicenseDriver's license/insurance.
